Fabio Fornaciari

Silvia starts to play the piano at a very young age. In 2012 she obtained the Second level Academic Diploma in piano with the highest honors at the Conservatorio “Luisa D’Annunzio” in Pescara.

In 2021, she completed the Master with the highest marks and honours in chamber music at the "A. Casella" Conservatory in L'Aquila with a thesis focused Ravel’s piano duo repertoire.

She continued her studies with Pennella, Dimulescu, Widlund, and, in chamber music repertoire, with Masi. She is the winner many international competition both as a soloist and in chamber music ("Rospigliosi", Seiler-Roma Award, "Alberto Burri", Caserta International Competition, Piadena International Chamber Music Competition among others).

In 2009, she performed Mozart's Concerto K466 with the orchestra of the "Luisa D'Annunzio" Conservatory in Pescara.

She is regulary invited by  many musical institutions such as “A.Gi.Mus” in Rome, the Conservatorio “Peri” in Reggio Emilia, Villa Medici Giulini in Milano Teatro “Dante Alighieri” in Ravenna, “Festival delle Nazioni ”in Città di Castello, the Theresianum in Brunnen (Zurich), the Teatro Massimo in Pescara and “Pergolesi” Conservatory in Fermo.

She recorded music of Brahms and Wieniawki with the violinist Marco Gialluca, published in February 2015 for the Suonare News magazine. She has collaborated with clarinetist Mattia Aceto with whom she participated in ARD and Geneve international competition.

She regularly collaborates with musicians such as  Fabrizio Meloni, Fabien Thouand, Francesco Di Rosa, Andrea Oliva, Thomas Indermhule, Matteo Trentin, Domenico Orlando, Jean Louis Capezzali, Klaidi Sahtci, Matteo Evangelisti, Tom Owen, Marco Toro, Carlo Parazzoli, Ilie Ionescu. She collaborates with the Colibrì Ensemble (Chamber Orchestra of the city of Pescara).

Since 2017, she accompanied the "Giuseppe Tomassini" International Oboe Competition and since the 2020 edition, the "Maura Giorgetti" Prize organized by the Filarmonica della Scala in Milan.

She is now teaching piano at the “Misticoni” high school in Pescara.

Since 2020, she is accompanist pianist at the "L. D'Annunzio" Conservatory in Pescara.
