General Terms & Fees
1. Application Procedure:
• All applications must be submitted online.
• Admission to the masterclasses is subject to the receipt of full payment. No participant will be allowed to attend without completing the payment.
2. Payment and Refund Policy:
• Upon submission of your application, the academy will contact you with the necessary bank account details for payment.
• Payment must be received to confirm participation.
• Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal.
3. Participation Fees:
• Active Students: EUR 800 (EUR 700 for 5 lessons + EUR 100 registration fee)
• Passive Students: EUR 200
• Students from the Conservatory of Pescara are eligible for a discounted active participation fee of EUR 400.
• Discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. To qualify for this discount, students must provide a current Certificate of Registration from the Conservatory of Pescara.
• Please note that discounts do not apply to masterclasses with special guests professors.
4. Eligibility Criteria:
The program is open to participants of all ages, skill levels and nationalities.
5. Masterclass Structure:
The program includes five individual lessons, group sessions, open lectures and discussions. Specific scheduling details will be provided to all participants.
6. Attendance Policy:
• If a participant misses an individual lesson due to personal reasons, that lesson will be considered forfeited, and no additional lesson will be provided.
• All participants are encouraged to attend open masterclasses, lectures, and group discussions.
7. Limited Enrollment:
• Participation is limited, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once the quota of accepted participants is reached, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
• The organizing committee will notify applicants when the participant quota has been filled via the official website.
• Applicants placed on the waiting list are not required to make a payment until they are invited to participate.
8. Early Registration Recommended:
To secure a spot, early registration is strongly recommended. We advise against waiting until the application deadline.
9. Application Deadlines:
The organizing committee will communicate specific application deadlines. Please check the official website for updates.
10. Professor Assignment:
The organizer will make every effort to accommodate preferences for chosen professors; however, assignments cannot be guaranteed and may change if a professor is unavailable.
11. Intellectual Property Rights:
All masterclasses and lectures may be broadcast live and/or recorded for subsequent use in various formats, including video, DVD, audio recording, photography, or any other media. All rights to these recordings belong to the event organizers. It is anticipated that recordings and photos of selected masterclass performances will be produced for non-commercial purposes and made available on the Internet by the organizers or their partners. Camera crews may film all masterclass events.
12. Liability Waiver:
The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event or the stay. Participants are advised to arrange for their own personal insurance.
13. Communication Channels:
Confirmation of participation and all event updates will be provided via email. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have access to and check their email regularly for important information.
Arrival and On-Site Information
Upon arrival in Pescara, participants must visit the Artistic Secretariat of the Accordi Musicali Academy, located within the Conservatory of Pescara, to confirm their presence. Participants will receive detailed information regarding services, class locations, and other relevant details.
