Fabio Fornaciari

Born in 2000, Fabio started his piano studies at the age of 8 in his hometown, Faenza. After graduating in 2021 with honours and special mention at the “L. Cherubini” Conservatory in Florence, under the guidance of M° Giampaolo Nuti, he then moved to Rome to develop his chamber music studies at the “Avos Project” international music school, where he currently holds the positions of accompanist and assistant teacher. This collaboration, along with many other music schools and courses, has led him to work as an accompanist for some of the most renowned artists in the world.
As a member of the Tharsos trio, Fabio has performed many concerts around Italy in these past three years of activity; additionally, his love for chamber music has led him to play in many other ensembles of varying nature.
His great curiosity for the many facets of the piano instrument drives him to engage with enthusiasm in each of them. In addition to being a concert pianist and accompanist, Fabio also works as répétiteur for opera and orchestral pianist, without excluding the divulgative spirit in the context of concert-lessons. His orchestral collaborations include Orchestra dell'Arena di Verona, Orchestra Filarmonica di Benevento, Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana and Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia; for the latter, Fabio often works as accompanist for the auditions. In 2025, he came second in the audition as pianist for the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI.
